danjaq2004, whereabouts in SE England do you live, if you don't mind me asking? Could be that you could get together with someone (me, maybe!) who wants another monitor and split the system. It'd be cheaper that way - I can anticipate a good P4 base unit with 512MB RAM, 80GB HDD, CDRW/DVD, wireless k/b & mouse and 128MB ATI graphics (with PCI-E slot) for a good price. New and guaranteed. This probably isn't the place to barter and so forth so if you are interested and get back to me quick enough maybe a PM would be in order.

There may be better deals about though if you are after a low spec machine.

This info is available on Dell's site. In summary, 3100 has 2xPCI, 1xPCIe and 2 memory slots. 5150 has 2 PCI slots, 1 PCIe slot, 1 PCIe x 16 (graphics) slot and 4 memoy slots.
