I used an M&S cake for my wedding:

I added ribbon and a mini flower garland (from ebay) and also inserted diamonte's in between the icing pearls.

I simply used pearl headed stainless steel pins stuck into the cake to attach the ribbon and flowers.

It was delicious, and one tier is in the freezer awaiting a christening (with some luck!)
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

    It's alright honey, I wasn't having a go, honest.

Thanks for the pic Angeldavis, that cake looks gorgeous. Noone would know a baker hadn't charged you over £300 for it.

I am trying to get my friends aunt to make 2 out of hte five cakes as I want purple icing n these and you cant get purple icing for love nor money. The others I am going to have in sponge and will order them from waitrose as they are only £15 per 20cm cake which I thought was good.
