I am having this dilemna myself - can't get them online yet, I can see me going round all the nearby M&S's a couple of days before hunting for fairy cakes!!!
Will enquire in store next time I'm in, or if anyone else asks first, please let me know.

I am just getting 3 different flavour cakes from asda, one carrot, one chocolate and one not decided yet.I am looking for nice cake stands for them and will have them on the individual stands grouped together.
Little update,MIL is baking them instead but still 3 different cakes."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -

Go instore and ask the staff there, they should be able to do a customer order for you like most other supermarkets. Then again they're not like most, but i don't see why not.0 -

I did that - what a nightmare it was!!
Placed the order, then a week later I hadn't heard from the so I went back in - order hadn't been placed. Went away again with promises that it would be done - didn't trust them after that so went back in a week later - guess what? No order placed. Spoke to someone who promised she would deal with it personally and would phone and confirm. She did this - and said they were giving me a bunch of flowers and some champagne to apologise for the inconvenience.
On the Monday (day before we were travelling to the wedding destination) I went in to collect the cupcakes and my sponge tier cake which I had ordered online....neither that or the cupcakes had been put aside for me.
Needless to say I wasn't a happy bunny  to give the manager his due, he was very apologeticand he got someone phoning round all the other stores trying to get me a sponge cake. I ended up having to take a fruit cake (yuk) and they gave me a small sponge cake for cutting. They also found enough cupcakes in the stock room so I had 14 boxes, which they gave me for free.

Waht a nightmare Louise, do you think it would be better to order online (not getting cupcakes just wedding cake) . I wanted to order instore to use up luncheon vouchers I earned but can easily use them in lots of other shops, so could order via quidco.Booo!!!0

When I placed the order for the large cake, there was no option to order cupcakes online as they had only just started doing them in their range.
It might have changed by now, but I haven't been back on to check.Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. If anyone is still after cupcakes for their wedding cake, my local m&s were able to order them in for me specially. They said it wasn't a normal order as the cakes are a 'shelf item' but they were very helpful about it.
Being a bit of a bridezilla () I have phoned twice to check they are actually on order, both times they have found my order and confirmed all the details.
So all being well, I collect the cupcakes on the day before the wedding.
Hope this might help someone who is considering cupcakes instead of atraditional cake.0
