You'll never guess, cpw have just returned the phone 'repaired' today, collected this afternoon, and guess what? as soon as son used phone it switched off!!!
Now What are they going to do this time??

I'm on Orange too and i'm having the same problems. Red light. can they not just refund. it's a right pain in the !!!!!. rrrraaarrr
