just wondered if anyone has been took to court with IMP or Winchester Debt...
had a phone call last saturday..demanding money payment there and then over the phone...I told them I was on benefit and that I had to pay council tax..guy said he understands that but he wants payment...I just said well I will have to go to CAB about all this...
I remember these guys, there were a nasty piece of work! Don't pay them any money and let them try to take you court for £20 and then just take a copy of this thread with you as evidence!! To be honest I doubt they will go to court, they just want to threaten verbally and by phone as many people as they can, to scare them into paying them money! :mad:0
