I popped in there this afternoon and it's just those 2 that are labelled up at £2.33 so I think you were the lucky one Sally, great shop!! Nothing much left in there today at all.

how odd:confused:I hope I didn't make a mistake about them all being reduced:o I wonder if that's why the SA had to override the till for me:eek:

Used up 8 x KOS vouchers and got 8 items for just less than £1. Young chap SA asked me where I got the vouchers from cos he uses KOS and then gave me his email address so I could send him a link as he said they are free and he wanted to stock up too. Pinched a binnie that was lying around. LOL. Got some Olay wash things with a few binnies. Got some Just For Men stuff which was really reduced.

Now looking like a wet t shirt competition. Not good eh. LOL.

Have a good weekend all and happy Bootsing!

well done mini:Tglad you managed to use 8 KOS mocs in one transaction too:) the young male SAs are the best for accepting vouchers:D

I hope your Dad's health improves ((hugs))

Thanks Missy. I didn't expect them to let me use all of them. The 1st 3 I used were with a young female SA, and I didn't even have to pout or do my eyelashes thing. The 2nd 2 I used with another young female SA, she was a gem too. When I used the last 3, I went to the young male SA, and he was all smiles and super friendly, and that worked a treat. Bless him, didn't expect him to say can I give you my email address so you can forward the link to me, but what the hell. It's all good. Good luck to everyone else, might as well use them the vouchers this weekend.

And thanks for the well wishes re: Dad. Such lovely ladies on here. Bless the lot of you :p:p

Does anyone know if you can get a deal on glasses at Boots? Need a new prescription filled, and at D&A I could have new lenses (basic ones) put in my old frames for £90 or buy a whole new set (frame and lenses) for around £159 and get a second pair free. Would the price be similar at Boots? Or are both D&A and Boots overpriced? tia :)

I know who you mean, he's a lovely young lad...always comes over for a chat & asks 'what i'm up to' today...he knows me only too well lol

Infact i haven't come across a bad'un in that store, they're all really friendly & so helpful...a credit to your company Mr.B if you're reading.

Donald & Aitchison and Boots are now the same company as they merged when Boots bought over D&A at the end of January this year. I know this probably makes no difference, just a useless bit of info, lol
