Boots Grabbit Bargains Part 54 - Post your finds here

Thank you Mrs T for the store locator - it was very helpful! My Bootsing trip to Southampton was changed at the last minute to Chichester which was just as good I'm sure!
The big(ger) store in Chichester didn't have much in the way of bargains. Only reduced SEL I could see was for the fcuk lip gloss but the shelf was empty. The clearance shelf had some no7 nail varnishes for £1 and loads of the lip laquer stuff for £4 odd. The smaller store with the clothing had about 7 reduced fcuk lip glosses.
Took a quick trip into Portsmouth on my way back home to get bogof photo frames with the 200points voucher. Also got 2 gorgeous feet products to use the voucher from the h&b magazine but for some reason the till beepedThe SA added the points manually for me though. I bought the moisturisor and it smells amazing! I might not use it, just admire the smell everyday :rotfl: Portsmouth had packs of 5 lemsip max strength sachets for 60p each. Till would only let me buy 2 which is a shame as whenever OH gets anything remotely illness like, his 'cure' is lemsip!
Anyway, think that's all!!Latest Wins: Mr Motivator workout DVD, 5 Itunes downloads, Ipod Stereo Dock, Tea, Ipod Nano, True Crime DVD set, Family Pass to Legoland, Eye Pencil, Seeds, Anita Shreves novel, £150 ASOS vouchers, Miracle Gro starter kit :j0 -
MRST AND BEDSHAPED...
You can use both vouchers
Present 500pts wys £15
Then £5 wys £15
So total is £10
If you use coupons from boots for pampers or pampers own coupons it does not affect the previous vouchers if given afterwards. Ive got it to a £0.00 spend with 500 plus points before lol
I've always got these to work on original amounts, rememember the baby expert glitch?
HTH
Hey broclo
How are you?
Thanks so much for clarifying this for meI always get vouchers wrong and end up paying more than I wanted.
So would it work with bogof ie total comes to £8 with bogof would my vouchers still work?0 -
Nothing remotely bargain like in LEEDS ALBION STREET. No clearance. No cheap S+G. No mens stuff reduced but Botanics and Men's Expert. So only go there if you want to waste your time! *** Saw a couple of binnies on the shop floor and did think about pinching them, but what if someone saw me? Too embarrassing, so just gave it a miss. *** Got £40 worth of Boots vouchers from Ipsos, and £10 from Valued Opinions today, so happy days for me. Woohoo. Let next week commence and I'm off to Boots! *** If anyone is buying scrubs/exfoliators for their fellas/sons/brothers/men, then get the KING OF SHAVES ANTIBACTERIAL FACE SCRUB 100ml. Smells wicked, and works wonders compared to all the other bullish products available at the minute. Plus it makes your skin feel super soft after. You can use the KOS coupon (if you get a nice SA), and get it for a bargain price. They are reduced to about £2.00 at the moment.0

Extremely good Ta hun x
Well can't recall doing BOGOF, in particular, but have done bogohp and 3 for £2 etc
Logic would say yes, but can't say for sure you'll not get beeps
Bet aureol, sinw, sarah-skint, ameliasmummy etc will know though as they are good with using baby vouchers for cracking deals0 -

Yes- thats exactly what I meant- but would it have to be below £15? does using vouchers do that or could I spend more?
Also, my question as to if I could do that was because on the back of the Boots voucher for £2.50 off, it says cannot be used with any other offer- will that knock out the 342 offer?0 -

No you can spend as much as you want on the other item, above should clarify...or confuse!
I think all the boots vouchers state that, just standard terms and conditions, but aslong as a voucher does not beep and require a hot SA to question it, it really is fine, both these go through without beeps though.
Vouchers dop not cancel out the 3for2 nor does how much you spend on other items.
Hope this makes sense, really need my kip lol0 -
Thanks so much- looks like I go shopping tomorrow0

Morning all. After the fiasco at my local yesterday morning I managed a couple of shops further afield in the afternoon.
Shop 1
Mens L'Oreal scrub x 2 @ £3 each
Used the till split vch and paid nothing. SA overrode the till after I pointed out that there were no exclusions to mens products or reduced items. She said they were not allowed to take vch for anything under £5 anymore but couldn't find the paperwork to show me so overrode the till
Shop 2
Gorgeous Feet minis x 2 @ £1.99 BOGOHP
£2.98 & used the mag vch for 200pts which once again had to be added manually but for some reason the sa then took them off again. Had to phone cs to get points added back!
Shop 3
Elle Best Collection bag x 3 @ £2.49 reduced on sel
Fcuk Body sprays x 3 @ £1.79 on 342
Naturaleve lip balm 50p
Med minis x 2 @ 49p
Total £12.53 Paid with points
Shop 4
Gorgeous Feet minis @ 2 @ £1.99 BOGOHP
Total £2.98 and again the 200pts vch had to be manually added
Have a good day:beer:Started SW 11.1.11
