Sally06 I have just noticed that you finally smelt Blue Grass perfume :rotfl::rotfl:

Well I did warn you to test it first. It's not the kind of smell you can describe is it, you sort of just have to smell it yourself. ;)

Goodness only knows how it has managed to stay around for as long as it has.

I believe the marketing tag is...'because it covers the smell of cat's pee' :D.
Yes, you did warn me pollsdolls:) That's why I didn't buy before testing it. You saved me a few quid:Dthank you:)

sooz, my cats pee smells better than EA bluegrass:rotfl:

I haven't been into boots since wednesday:eek: I didn't buy anything either. I will have a look for the NC and S&G bargains peeps have reported getting, but I think I may have missed the boat. Talking of boats. I probably have more than enough toilteries to sink a couple of large boats so I won't shed any tears if I don't find anything tomorrow:D

I hope the new wankie:rotfl: or whatever we are going to call it is better than the current £5 voucher:rolleyes:

Hmmm... this was the 1st perfume I ever had! :D It was a gift when I was 13 and it was way too strong for me! I wonder if I'd like it now?

A note of nostaglia ... Blue Grass was the top old lady stinky pongy perfume when I was [STRIKE]little[/STRIKE] young.
You could smell the massed ranks of great aunties coming and try to hide before they kissed slimy red lipstick onto your face :kiss::kiss: YUK!!!

I wonder if anybody is buying it from MrB or just sniffing it & recoiling in horror?

Morning all. It seems the Gods are against me today. I had a quick half hour to pop to my local this morning (on the way to opticians) and none of the 4 acm's were working!! Nothing new on clearance either but I decided to come back after and have a mooch about and study the sel's.

It just wasn't to be. I'd only just started my shelf study when the shop lights started flickering and then there was an eerie silence as everything came to a halt. TOTAL blackout!!!
I swear my OH had a hand in it somewhere............................

Not to be deterred I will try somewhere else later:rotfl:

    Have fun Bootsing everyone.

    ...snipped

Does anyone know how much this is, please? DH sometimes gets coldsores, so I might be tempted to stock up on this, cos the stuff I usually buy for him is REALLY expensive.

I cant see it listed on .com

    TIA x

Verruca salt - look out for Galpharm cold sore cream from poundland if you have one nearby. Or any cheap shop. As long as the active ingredient is aciclovir the cheaper cold sore cream will do the same as the very expensive ones!

Now for my on topic question...

Son and his gf received two sets of vouchers today, one with 500 points wys £15 in baby dept and one with save £5 wys £15 in baby dept.

Do you think they would still get the points if they spend £15 and use £5 off to make the actual spend just over £10 or is it best to aim for £20 of goods to make sure the spend is still over £15 after the £5 off and then use both? Looking forward to taking them bootsing to stock up on some essentials for my 15 week old granddaughter :j
