I suggest you use flirting on the young bloke SA's, should work a treat. Don't forget to put lip balm on and make yourself look uber gorge (which I am sure you do anyway!). And don't forget to take loads of vouchers! If they put them through, might as well use all of them at once. Go you go!
Especially now I have some of the fabby TD Instant Lip Plumper
(bought with one of the £5 off skincare vouchers),
which should increase my pouting capability tenfold (lol!):p;):D0 -
very true:DI think I had a lucky escape. I told the SA what I thought of it and she was falling about laughing 'cos she thought the same as me:rotfl: There are certain things you can buy on the cheap and get away with it, but not perfumes. Unless, Mr B makes a mistake again (remember?) and reduces some of the decent smelling ones, like the bargain dior addict some of us were lucky enough to get for £18:T
The Chanel Summer Fragrance , think its called Crystal is lovely.
SA was giving out samples in one store. It very light and a bit lemony.
But pricey... sometimes a little treat makes you feel special.:)0 -
Just had a mini-shop in Boots on my way home from work. Firstly, I wombled my very first ever Binnie (or any voucher, for that matter!). It was just sat there in the top basket, waiting for me!!:T
Then I found a couple of clearance bargains:
Shop 1
2 x Elle McPherson Hand & Foot Collection Boxes £2.50 (RRP £11.70 each)
(Lots of these sets left on the clearance shelves, along with a few random odds & sods & some washbags around the £4.** mark. Also saw the Time Delay Glycolic Peel Sets on normal shelves but with NO SEL visible - wondered if they'd been reduced like a previous poster mentioned but didn't have time to check with SA)
Total £5 (& earned a Binnie & 20pts)
Shop 2
3 x No 7 Stay Perfect Lip Laquer (old style) £4.75 each (RRP £9.75, on 3-4-2)
Soap & Glory Wash Almighty £1.50 (RRP £4.89)
FCUK Pure Lip Gloss £1.13 (RRP £4.50)
FCUK Mini Pure Shower Scrub £0.57 (RRP £2.25)
FCUK Mini Polished Bodyspray £0.57 (RRP £2.25)
FCUK Mini Polished Bodycream £0.57 (RRP £2.25)
Total paid £8.89 (used a £5 off WYS £10 on No 7 Cosmetics voucher, gained a Binnie & 32 points)
Grand total £13.89 & gaining 2 Binnies (3, if you include the wombled one!) therefore in Boots Logic, £3.89 spent
Actual total of goods £68.79
SAVING £64.90 :j
Not bad for a quick run round!! Hope you all find some fab weekend bargains!
S xx
PS: Moll - todays shop was @ the Fort, Tuesdays was at Regent Rd! HTHEverything I wanna do is either illegal, immoral or fattening! lol :rotfl:0 -

If it's Chanel Cristalle, you need to make sure whether it's the eau de toilette or the eau de parfum that you like. Unusually, they are actually different, not just in strength. The EdT is very citrus-y, while the EdP has a warmer fruity note added.0 -
Well, I might give that a go Mimi!

Jazteddy - have you tried the Lip Plumper yet? I posted on here the other day just how much I liked it, it works well on me, but its interesting to know how others find it.
Went to get another one today (my Binnies are breeding in my purse, I've got 8 at the mo!) but they didn't have any
I need to stock up on them ASAP, before they all run out!

Do you think it is on ALL S&G products? Any one know for sure?
i intially saw sign on s&g section and was on all of it - ive not looked at that section again to see if it has been changed. i know they have selected things at the till but i just thought that was because they were short of space and not that they have changed the offer. ive been building my points up to treat myself :eek:0 -

I've been to a number of stores recently (Market St M/cr, Regent Rd Salford, The Fort M/cr, Crown Point Denton, Peel Centre Stockport, Trafford Centre M/cr & Festival Park Stoke on Trent - blooming 'eck! Didn't realise how compulsive my Bootsing had got! I need therapy!)
All the ones where I've noticed the S&G points offers have been just on two or three specific items, not the whole range. Sorry to disappoint anyone!

I think the 1/3 off S & G is just off a few products when you pay with points, tried paying for Wash Almighty & Peaches & Clean today with points and no extra came off ( were already reduced to £1.25 & £1.6X )
Tampax compak lites 20pk 68p reduced selBusy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:0 -
Finally found the soap&glory coin purse today reduced to £3.92 and also the large berry bag for £2.45 at hanley stokeontrent.Paid with points.
Own up who bought all the reduced eyelashes & lipbalms?Love can tame the wildest0 -
What is that Olay Regenerist Micro Cloths some people buying? And is olay self-heating (or something like that) is the red-coloured tube?
The cloths are in a square box. You wet them and use both sides to cleanse. Yes the self heating thermal cleanser is the red tube. I love that stuff.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:
