However strangely enough, when my friend officially joined the repeated prescription at the pharmacy counter (filled a form there), the pharmacist scanned it, it beeped , she had to add it manually. My friend didn't purchase anything so maybe that's why?

This was over 2 weeks ago though so hope it hasn't changed. Good luck.

Ah good, I'll try this tomorrow. Be good to have my prescriptions at Boots....if only for another excuse to go to stevenage and gt away from everything (and get to go to boots of course!).

There is a form you fill out to join the repeat prescription service that you can get at the pharmacy counter. You hand that in with your prescription and the voucher for 500 points.

If you don't want to get your prescriptions from boots you can just hand over the voucher with your other shopping and it should work fine.
I bought a box of paracetamol and the points went on fine, no forms, no questions.

Hi all just posting that as im not well (violently ill with sickness and the other end sorry if tmi) I sent my DH into town to get my last 3 meals deals. He had strict instructions what to get and lo and behold he came back with the complete opposite. Anyway, he managed to get the LARGE bags of Malteasers £1.86 FREE yahoo. I thought it was only the £1.35 size bags that you got free but obviously not. I am going to keep the receipt and produce it if I get any hassle at the tills re this. Anyhoo Ive forgiven DH just this once. HTH

The Edinburgh Gyle clearance had some kind of Canon camcorder for £74.99 today. Looked quite shiny, but I know nothing about these things. Probably a good deal for someone!

Method kids Squeaky Green Body Wash Crisp Apple and Fuzzy Peach 295ml reduced SEL from £3.99 to £1.00 – used £1.00 coupon from baby & you magazine, so free! Did the same in Stockton! Yes – I’m the woman sitting by the Opticians Department, using my nail scissors to cut out the coupons from the baby magazine before going to the till! Some other Method items reduced by 75%.

Boots Baby Soothing Bath - 500ml reduced SEL from £2.34 to £0.59 and BOGOF! Only reduced to £1.17 in Stockton!

Boots Cotton Wool Pads 80 Pack reduced SEL from £1.25 to £0.31 – so glad now I didn’t buy them last week at 2 for £2! Still full price in Stockton.

No new ACM vouchers.

sorry never been to trafford centre, but I got some gillette blue 2 blades reduced to 53p last week - have NOT seen them in any other branch though so might be store specific. a few weeks ago the gillette sets were reduced down to £5 and were 3 for 2 but again I havent seen any for about a week:o sorry cant really help
