Any retention deal should be better than anything you can get as a new customer on any other network. If it isn't then they don't deserve your custom.

It's not available on other networks so no wiggle room. Get a blackberry bold refurb, sell on ebay (£250), buy an iphone, easy as.

Should be £20p/m with 1000 texts, 600 minutes and unlimited internet.
