Wrong. The implementation depends on the bank concerned. Some require your full password.

You can put a microSD card into the slot so that your dongle can double up as an USB memory stick.

Has any one tried to use one of these abroad.
If so what is needed ? Do I have to unlock it ..I am quite happy to do that.
Do you contact a provider in the country you visit or do the companies run a reciprocal arrangement ?
Any help much appreciated. I am abroad for a month soon and a bit of internet would be good to have.

    Hello there,

I just jump on the wagon too without reading all the post..

Halifax card didn't go through... and I left it now..i try to buy again but the code is no longer usable...

I don't think I will go ahead now... is there a rules and regulations stated I "HAVE" to buy after registration?!

    Thanks..

Thats alarmingly funny! since that's exactly what happened with me! with mastercard 'securecode'.. blocked straight away.. had to re-register with my bank the next day!

maybe this site is on a 'shared' blacklist of non-secure sites!

You will be able to access the internet with the same charges as in the UK in a small number of countries where 3 has a sister network. This is the "3 Like Home" plan. It looks like prices will be changing after 30th June though.

Works okay in Hong Kong. Signal even carries over into Shenzhen, China.
