I've just been offered a flight, but again, the dates are far too wide apart. Shortest stay is 12 days :-(0
-
I was short listed on the last wave, so thought it was worth applying, and have an average rating of 9, so hopefully that helped.0

I haven't applied this time at all. I've only done two jobs for them (last week), and they haven't been marked yet as far as I can tell! How long does it normally take to get scores?
It depends on the workload of their proof checkers etc.
Usually (In my experience) they are quick, a day or two maybe.
I did have two of my flight reports not marked after 7 days last month.Very annoying when they insist the report has to be done within 24hrs of landing.
I wouldn't worry.0 -
Logged on this morning and theres loads of new jobs added everywhere :T
Thank god for that, was beginning to think I was going to have nothing to do this week
Next time you see loads, maybe you could put them on the Alerts thread for us? You'll find it here: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=781519

I can beat CTE's bare flight. I have just won a whopping £8.00 on my bookies job. Weee heee.0

Some companies pay up to the re-imbusement amount so if you are given a senario to buy something with an allowance of £10 but only spend £5 you will only get £5 and some will pay the full £10, its worth reading the job notes carefully to see if they say "up to" or not.
As a general rule of thumb for your other question if you get to keep the goods eg groceries, jeans etc then it counts as payment in kind and so is taxable. If the assessment of the product is part of the job eg pizza or drink etc then it is expenses and are not included in your taxable income. HTH
thank you very much. so food i have had to consume is an expense, non consumables are taxable. i now knowas for reimbursement figures when it comes to non food so far ive overspent by a tiny bit each time to get the full amount back.
