No i believe that is aba. Bare pay into your bank account but you need to click on extended shopper profile and add your SWIFT/IBAN code from your bank statement etc

BARE pay a few weeks after the job, or at the end of the following month that you do the job. i.e do a job now and they pay you at end of June.

BARE are a very good company IMO.

The one that pays by cash is ABAI. See the link on the first post of this thread, and also search the old thread (linked to from the first post of this one!).
