Firstly, I wasn't having a go at individuals who happen to come from London... (I mentioned the place not the people)

Go on then.... we'll let you off!! x:A

But even when they quote a town its not necessarily right. We had wondered why a particuluar grocery shop in the village where I work never appeared on their list. A couple of weeks ago my OH had a call from dear old Gapbuster asking him to go to Droitwich Spa. We live on the edge of Snowdonia. The confused Australian told him it must be close to us as the first 2 letters of the postcode where the same, and then read out the whole address. No idea how Droitwich Spa got into the address, and no wonder the job hadn't been done. No one living in Droitwich Spa would accept a job in Penrhyndeudraeth with a LL postcode!!!!!

This also explains why they think people should be willing to drive 50 or 60 miles for a cheap greasy burger!!!!! :rotfl: I guess since they are not UK based they just don't understand, but I still think common sense should tell them to enter a town not just a road.

Anyway, it looks like no-one is talking to me now. I really, really didn't mean to offend anyone, I like it here and people have been very helpful so I would hate to upset you all.

Eeehh bah gum, and ecky thump.

Has anyone had a problem completing the phone questionnaire on ESA. I did the shop and filled in the questionnaire, uploaded the shop photo, but when I click the completed button, I am told I have 2 questions that I have missed.
I have been through the questionnaire 5 times now, and cannot see where I have missed out anything.
I have emailed the administrator for advice, but also thought I'd see if anyone else has had the same problem. It is my first shop with ESA, so wanted to ensure that I get this right for them.
Any help will be appreciated :D

I can see loads (just none in my area). Is it possible you've failed the orientation or the test about which bank card you hold? I have a feeling something like that might mean you don't even get to see the jobs when they are listed.

I don't think I failed an orientation because I DID fail the bookies one and was so annoyed with myself that I made a special effort from then on! As far as I remember I passed all the others.... Never mind, I'll keep an eye out. Thanks for the reply!

Has anyone done of those audit jobs for TNS before. They are paying £XX for visiting 18 outlets. I don't think it takes very long at each shop as you are just checking logos but as you don't know how far you need to travel I am wondering if the fee is worth it.
