Just had a lovely email back from the Bare about my payments - looks like the full details werent imported so I hadnt yet been paid but have been now. Full marks for their customer service :T

While youre here UKM what sort of fee do they charge for the conversion?

I've no idea. I've just realised that I never even checked the payment amount works out at roughly what it should be. Hmmm.

I'll check later if i think on, and get back to you.

I managed to nab 3 in my area. I have got two big ones booked which I have never done before - on reading this thread I'm not really looking forward to it now. I've done loads of the fast ones so I thought these would be on par....seems it's not the case. Must get round to reading the briefing notes!

The big ones are really not very different to the smaller ones - you just have to spend a longer minimum time in there. In some ways they are easier as you are less likely to get spotted in a bigger store.

No mileage on the TNS quick supermarkets then :(
I messaged my area manager to ask about this and she confirmed that this time there is no mileage on these jobs. In hindsight I actually think it's appalling that it's been taken off!

Never, but then I don't live near London...;)

Seriously, I only get 4 or 5 jobs a year from them - not a lot, but they're usually more interesting than the run of the mill MS jobs...

I agree. I did 3 of these this week and had to drive 48 miles (round trip) and pay a car park fee of 70p to do the jobs. I *thought* it would work out ok for the fee but no way will it be worth that kind of trip if they drop the mileage fee.

I've usually found ABAi pretty accommodating, if you email them they will usually extend the deadline.

Having said which the 3 retail ones I'm doing aren't normal "run of the mill" ABAi jobs and they don't have the same 2-day deadline - and please don't ask me to tell you who they are for because I've referred so many people lately I think they are getting a bit suspicious as to how I have so many friends in different parts of the country!

any idea which retail shop this would be?

Is the mileage permanently taken off or just this wave? What’s your understanding TG!
