    Hey folks!

I am due to due my first MS this weekend at an airport. Two questions really
    1. How can I get the info to them within 24 hours? When im going on holiday....
    2. Its with TNS and the area is not my normal regional managers so I have been dealing with someone else. Is it the regional manager for that area or my own one that I contact? Im a little apprehensive about asking them direct as worry they'll think im useless!

    Thank you in advance!
I did a pizza job while on holiday over Easter and they were happy to phone me and get the results rather than me having to find an internet cafe to do it!

I did one of the chemist RE jobs this morning and had a similar experience as Becles - its stupid coz I've been in to the same shop before and bought the same product without being fawned over. Very tempted to release the other couple of them I have booked for the weekend now, but I do use the bloomin stuff.....gah.
I've emailed RE anyway explaining just how ridiculous the scenario is, and how obvious it makes us, and thats before we go outside and try to take a photo of a glass fronted shop who's staff know you were just in MS'ing so have watched you leave and are still stood looking out the windows....

After them promising to ring me about this they haven't bothering returning my call. Can I take points off THEM. I have a thing about people who dont return phone calls. So I am about to ring again.

I spoke to someone about it. She said the wave is now almost complete but will pass my comments on. To be fair the ones we speak to have nothing to do with designing the scenarios. It is the accounts department who do that bit.

I posted previously that I was not able to see the underground jobs on g a p.

I sent them an email and they have replied that I have to do the client orientation on the orientation page - however, I can't see the client on the orientation page!

Can someone who is able to do these jobs tell me what the orientation looks like, i.e. is it called "Underground", or something else?

Is it on everyone else's orientation page?

    xx

(possibly the most times I have ever used that word orientation in one day)

Following on from the discussion on describing people. Does anyone have the same problem as me or am I dyslexic or just thick.

It is spelling some words. When do you say enquiry and when do you say inquiry. The other one is "This pub had a nice ambience or should that be ambiance,"

Please tell me some others have this problem.

I think inquiry is american, and enquiry is english english.

I don't have a problem with ambience, but find knowledgeable (or knowledgable) a frequent spelling mistake. Also have trouble with acknowledged sometimes.

Have people noticed that GFK have improved their spell checker? Instead of forcing you to spell check everything (including street names) on each screen, which was annoying if you wanted to go back a screen as you had to check it again, it is now spell checking just the sensible fields at the end. Much better.

As an American living in England...I'm starting to confuse the two ways of saying things and sometimes say something the English way to Americans and something the American way to English people.
