i dont blame you as why should you lose 4 points. i lost 2 points (taking me to minus 2) on my first ever job as they emailed me telling me to cancel as it was booked for a bank hol and was not when they really wanted me there. STILL havent rectified the points. then tuesday nights glitch meant i lost another 2 points as i had to release a job as downloads went haywire and when i finally got to read them job was not ok for me as i couldnt eat food choices
i have emailed them about that one but until they sort out points from first problem i cant imagine there is any point me calling about the latest problem

I had this a couple of weeks ago when I phoned they said it was because I had to go on specific date which was in the notes but the system could only be set for a period e.g Sunday to Sunday, hope that makes sense.
Thanks.
The jobs were only for 1 day 21/05/09 - 21/05/09. Oh lordy another RE glitch. :mad:0 -

I meant to ask did you end up having to release the assignment in the end?0 -
Thinking back I do remember applying for these and the job count being from 114 down to 77 for my areas. They had trickled down in a reasonable amount of time. Then after I accepted the 2nd job all 77 disappeared in an instant. I wonder if these are even meant to be done in the 1st place?
I'll release and call them in the morning. I just re-read the assignment notes. Says nothing about having to call RE to book the time. Thier flippin system. I was looking fwd to these as well. Oh well at least I can go have a late night/early morning pizza now and put on a movie.
But thanks a lot for everyone that helpes :A Much appreciated.
I know i feel the same about tuesday night - my screen went from 259 (approx) then instantly back down and i had some jobs from 31st may onwards and those dates still dont even show for me now. so i think some of them werent even real jobs in the first place ..... maybe an ex member of staff taking revenge :rotfl:some of the jobs i saw looked too good to be true as not clients i have seen before and BIG £s hence not very likelyfingers crossed mine are all ok as i dont want to go and do them and find out they were fakes.

Good luck, I hope your points issue gets sorted out.
Lesson Learned: The next time I see any job with a phone number I'm highlighting that on my spreadsheet in RED if our of office hours.0 -
Hey night owls. Bizarre, I know. I accepted the jobs and then it said
"You must now contact XXXXXX on XXXXX to enable you to proceed"
I accepted the jobs, and they both show up as accepted on my account. It was Tues a lil after 11pm. I picked a date for both, they both show up on my to do list.
Then the e-mail stating that I "need to set a date" otherwise they will be released.
Either this is some new policy for some assignments or their system is !!!!!!ed.
I picked a date at stage 2 of the application process for these.
This is totally baffling considering I'd done this company for RE before.
As long as you are sure of the locations I would just do them and contact RE afterwards. The jobs won't be automatically released until midnight as you have 24 hours from when you received the warning email about it.0 -
RE do this on some of the sandwich places because they want to make sure that shoppers go to the right place. Presumably it's the ones where there are several in the area and when you call or email them they will just tell you what is left and right.

maybe that could be the problem then? but if thats the case howcome this didnt happen last time he/she took an assigment at the same location? too complicated for me so im going to bed!0 -

I think we'll put it down to a glitch. I doubt there were all those people up at 11pm online in that 15 minute timespan for those jobs to go down in a minute like that.
I'll set my alarm and do my ACP101 for Arise and put that time to good use rather than be lazy in the morning. And to think I reshuffled some GAP jobs to make way for these 2 RE ones as well. Nevermind. Everything happens for a reason. I have a nice RE one [which now I'm hoping is real :rotfl:] to look forward to tomorrow. I'll be fine I've had a blessed month on my first ever month of doing MS.0 -

I see. Well considering who this is for, that actually makes sense. *Grits teeth. Looks at the clock* 2.03am....Dagnabit!!!!!0
