Really? I often put a couple of squares of dark choc in, but a mars bar?

Nonononononono NO! deeep fried bleargh..

But in a chilli.. it adds a smoooth silkyness mouthfeel that counterballances the heat.

We put a bit of dark chocolate in as well. I think I would rather have the mars bar for my pud:p:rotfl:

Try it honestly... I think its the nougaty stuff in the middle that really makes it work but its delish.

Do a blind taste test on your family.

I have and Mars bar chilli ALWAYS wins...

You can make the chilli hotter than usual and it is still pleasnt to eat, it just gives you a nice after glow rather than a mouth scorch.
