I have just called Patas, they too are puzzled by but cannot accept an appeal directly. They suggested I call Camden and ask them how or whether I can appeal.

I doubt you'll get anywhere on the phone - and always iffy unless you can record it. At least get names and record times.

maybe writing what I said in post #20 might be safer.

    - and note, in case you haven't clicked yet, this need alone is enough to have won the case for you. just a matter of when.

    Hi
I received an order for recovery today despite the fact I sent a recorded delivery letter to them on the 05/06. They would have received it before the date of their letter of the 16th. Should I fill in the form stating I made reps within the 28 days or what would be my best course of action?
    Thank you

Hi Soobee. yeah, no surprises, it's incredible isn't it.

Yes the only appropriate action to counter an OfR is to make a Statutory Declaration and have it witnessed for free at your local County Court.
this stops the possibility of any bailiff action.

Camden still haven't allowed any normal right of appeal?? The Stat Dec will regain it.

Due to new commitments my forum time is very limited. Or may not be around at all. I strongly recommend you take this over to 'PePiPoo' forum where they know all about this stuff.

They might accept you posting a link to your thread here or it may be better to repeat the story - see how it goes. They will look after you.

When you get this back to an original right of appeal - should be fairly straightforward cos we have recently defeated Camden on invalid LLA 2003 PCNs. Details are on 'PeP'.
