The priority is sorting the hosts file out and if HostXpert cant then im hoping spybot can

Right click spybot and RUN AS ADMIN and try again

Simple solution it's easy when you know how. That worked it was zero unprotected and when scanned it found bearshare and Zlob.DNSChanger and then fixed them. I then did a second scan and it still found Zlob.DNSChanger but not bearshare. I am now doing a 3rd scan.
I am going away now for the weekend but hopefully will be able to connect to mobile broadband.

run a KASPERSKY ONLINE SCAN (click to scan 'MY COMPUTER')

Please post the complete log it creates (it only SCANS the computer so I need to see the log)
