I watch a lot of live TV that is only transmitted over the net. 2m is plenty speedy for that but short cap can be trouble.

Also radio, thats on as long as my pc, youtube, games, etc, etc, etc. I dont see 100gb as too much for someone who lives and works internet. (yes i do get to live a real life :D , but net is a big part of it for many reasons and purposes.)

#Edit1# Oh yesh, forgot to mention PS3's PSN. Game demos go in gigabytes nowadays, movie trailers, streamed game previews and whatnot. Just that eats LOADS of allowance... To this day i haven't overstepped 100gb, but gladly would if possible...

Hi Threedee! If you want to change to BT Broadband you will need to get a MAC from your current provider. It generally takes 5 working days, from the order date, for BT Broadband to get activated.

    Hi, Anne.
Have BT changed their policy? I was a customer a few years ago, on an 'unlimited' product, and was asked to change to a more expensive tariff, kerb my usage or leave..I chose the latter and haven't regretted it :)

I kinda wish I'd kept the letter now... :)
