Have to say my experience with Three chat were slightly better (guessing 50% automated, 50% real) - these companies should wake up and treat people with respect but then again if you one person sitting at a pc, trying to reply to 50 conversations at the same time, probably impossible.

If anyone is interested in these chat online things, I did use Barclays online chat recently to confirm details of isa I was opening with them - that thankfully was a real person - .... I think.
