See I think I would probably end up crawling for half of a 10k. There is on at Whipsnake Zoo on 7th June, and was thinking of entering maybe do run a bit, walk a bit, but not really sure

run it slower and you'll manage it all... run it at 10min miles and you may struggle a wee bit...... IMHO....

    It definitely sounds rude :rotfl:

Well done Luc - I'm still on a 'yay I'm running again' high after the weekend, isn't it good? I've been playing with Fetcheveryone all morning, getting routes planned out etc :D

    well done missus!

I can vouch for that! i got the text to prove it! as i haven't updated my contacts in new sim, i actually thought it was Luc @ first who'd texted! Seems i wasn't far off the mark as she'd also got her first run in for a while too....

http://www.fetcheveryone.com/ - I'm finding it a bit addictive at the moment although I'll probably get bored and stop logging my runs after a couple of weeks :o

I think to improve your time you have to do a combination of distance and speedwork - but I've not really got to that stage yet - I'm still at the 'quite like running, hope I'll make it to the end without dying' stage! :rotfl:
