See I think I would probably end up crawling for half of a 10k. There is on at Whipsnake Zoo on 7th June, and was thinking of entering maybe do run a bit, walk a bit, but not really sure
run it slower and you'll manage it all... run it at 10min miles and you may struggle a wee bit...... IMHO....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -
