I'm not good honestly. I was in the armed forces for 12 years. I got down to a 7 minute mile then, but that was quite a few years ago. I guess I am just pushing myself to try and be something I was, which really 10 years on and an extra michelin tyre round my middle, it's never really going to happen.Too much month, not enough Cash!
