Hi everyone. Been to see mum today and she was fine.A bit too windy to take her out though. Picked up my new top from the hospital and its way too big. So have sorted that and she is getting me a smaller one. She did say she couldnt send it back as it has the logo on but its not my fault. I did tell her my size.

Glad Ive got the kitchen finished I will do the bathroom in the morning.

    Thinking about doing another HHI.

It's quiet here this evening! I've been to the gym, although i didn't do much - 12 minutes on the cross-trainer, 20 minutes on the treadmill and quite a bit of stretching!

Need to get my freecycling sorted...

I just wanted to pop in and say thanks to all you guys for today. Your all so fab. Monday I think will be the biggest challenge for me though, when Ex is back to work.

Ive been to Sainsbury and bought some whoopsied rolls which i am going to make up for little ones lunchboxes and stick in the freezer. Got some other bits and pieces so am sure ive enough to see out the week and through the weekend. Other than dailies and other jobs, I dont have much else on the flying front to report xx

    HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRIKER!!!!!

Just thought I'd give a quick update on the best friend up the road situation. I think I told you all a couple of weeks ago we were doing a photographic operation to catch some yoofs that had been, basically, attempting to terrorise her and her hubby - throwing stones etc. etc. So cameras were deployed.

I can now let you know that the camera deployment was successful. Pictures were eventually taken successfully and presented to the school. Two perps were identified and sang like canaries when confronted with the evidence. Turns out that, off and on over the couple of weeks or so, there were FOURTEEN young lads (we're talking year 12 here!) involved (in batches, off and on). Five of which were the main ring leaders.

Restorative Justice team at the school are now involved big time and BFUP and her hubby are meeting with the perps in a couple of weeks. BFUP and hubby have to decide what sort of 'punishment' they want the kids to go through. BFUP's immediate answer was 'an assurance they won't do that to anyone ever again'. She'll accept an apology but is also wondering if elf and safety will allow she asks the perps to rid her fence of the grafitti which appeared about a week after the first incidents.

But it's good news on the whole and shows that perseverence and evidence can help. We now worry that the parents of the kids involved, now they've had letters, will want to prosecute BFUP for photographing their dear children without their consent!

    Time will tell...

I have done most of the kitchen this evening. So I'm beginning to get there again...

I don't suppose any of you can tell me what I wore to the gym on Monday, or where I might have put my stinky gym kit? I DO know that I wore my red sports bra, which I can't find anywhere. It's not like the house is so vast I can lose it... or as if there is anyone else here who might have moved it

I'm going to do a bit more in the kitchen, then get ready for the gym tomorrow...

soappie - thank you for letting us know what happened - I'm really pleased that there was a result. If I were one of the parents, then I wouldn't have the nerve to complain about the photos, and anyway, I'd be far too busy applying some restorative justice of my own...;)

    :bdaycake:Happy birthday Triker!!:bdaycake:

Very little flying here, hard at work, but have done one load of washing - well, that counts, doesn't it??!!

DD's 17th tomorrow! (Her first driving lesson is at 11am, if anyone wants to keep off the roads then!!)

Moam - well done on your star!

boddy - nice to hear your mum's well. I meant to say yesterday, congratulations on your new role at the hospital, I should think you'll find it very rewarding.

    pigpen - how's it going??

toots - how are you today? Hope things are slightly improving. Hugs.

ETA greenbee - I'm awfully tempted to say, 'Well, where did you have it last?!!!' Judging by my teens - festering in a bag on the stairs, in the boot of the car, or under their bed. Usually discovered at 8.28am on the morning they need it.

Soappie Glad for your BFUR and her DH that they have found out who the perpetrators are. Hope fully they will get some peace now.

Serena Thanks. Im looking forward to doing the training. I will still do the meeting and greeting as well. I cant understand my DD as everytime I mention Im at the hospital she makes a comment such as "You cant stay away". or other similar comments. This has gone on for ages and Ive tried talking to her. Did lose my cool a bit tonight with her.

greenbee hope you have found your gym stuff.

Not done the HHI Ive put some washing in and sorted through pension stuff.
