Not much flying done today after some *@@*&% person decided to break in to the house in the early hours stealing my mobile, dh's laptop & my car. Last spotted on a speed camera in Speke:mad:. Luckily nobody woke up so no harm done & everything else is replaceable except some photos on the lappie which weren't backed up, but nothing special luckily - it's just the agravation. All our horseriding gear was in my car - so that needs replacing too cos i doubt i'll get it back even if they find the car intact.

Magnificent Monday ~ Master bedroom and Landing (ALL DONE) :D:D

    Evening everyone

Hugs Sharon_1970 - hope the domestic resolves itself quickly.
Nicki - hope you feel better soon - have you been to the doctor?
Rosep - hope you're feeling less drained this evening.
xx-jo-xx - hugs love... and you're right - NEVER mix business and pleasure - nor marry a man from Fife (that's purely based on personal experience!)
Cally-c - have you tried to find out what's up with your DD? Is it just exam stress or is there something else?
Greenbee - you're doing very well with your flying after Toot's ticking off!
Lil-me - hope you feel better soon and how exciting about getting the new caravan!

Hugs to everyone else who's feeling down and poorly - especially our lovely Toots

    And welcome new people :hello:

And thanks for the eye vibes. They're a bit better this evening and I'm trying very hard not to rub them. Parked up outside a chemist on the way home and realised I'd not transferred cash and cards into my work bag so had no money on me to pop in and buy something to help  I have now replenished my work purse......

I have failed spectacularly on the flying front tonight. But I have done some OU stuff and some admin stuff. Payed the phone bill and, most importantly, booked the ferry tickets for the holiday. It took some time because I wanted to get the best deal.

We are now sailing from Lymington to Yarmouth on 16th on a saver day return. (£35.00) - I shall just throw away the return part..... and will come back via East Cowes and Soton on a single (£47.00) making a total of £82.00. This is £20 cheaper that doing the standard return via Lymington (when we couldn't have got a ferry until mid afternoon on going home day) so that's a saving of £20.00 plus a couple of hours. Petrol won't be any more expensive because Soton to home is about the same as Lymington to home. So that's a good money saving result :money:

I am now off to do something for dinner. Both kids are out so I can have what I want - which will probably be bacon and leeks in cheese sauce and baby new potatoes with salad. Then I'm going to fall into bed. I forgot to mention earlier I was awake at 4.30 this morning and never got back to sleep so I'm pooped!
