Sorry guys...have read the thread but not had time to post relies, hellos, hugs etc to everyone.

Had a mad dash to the library minus one book that I hunted for about half an hour for so had to renew it. Just done a quick spag bol for tea before swimming lessons then throw the girls in bed then going for a run...hopefully not in the rain again like on Friday.

    Will reply to everyone tomorrow.

    xx

P.S. Jo....take Kaz up on the offer....we'll look the other way and won't tell on you...as long as you get my ex BIL too!!!

    Afternoon all,

I was sick in work today:eek::o ( luckily in the loo) and got sent home. I had a migrane coming on too so i'm not sure if that caused the sickness or the other way around. I've had a little sleep and taken some tablets so am feeling a little more human. Both Ds's are being unusually good:cool:. Only trouble is i won't be able to go back in this week due to the 48 hr rule, great in one respect but i won't have done enough hours and will have to use a sick day. I can;t even go in Friday as i've got college.

Hugs to everyone who needs one.

I'm going to delegate the hoovering to Ds1

Ive made fish pie for tea, which there will be some leftover which i can keep for later in the week. I also baked some potatoes while the oven was on for lunches etc.

Ive spoken to work though and I only need to go in later in the day for a meeting so i still have the morning to myself and then start full days on Thursday.

Thanks for all your help and support. You're all angels.

Well I've spoken to the headhunter... the job they've got isn't really suitable for me, but they want my CV (I'd better update it then :o) and to keep in touch as there may be other things that come up. Fingers crossed.

So... CV definitely needs to be done (there are a couple of other jobs with large corporates being advertised at the moment, so I need to get my act together). The problem is, I know that men are much better at selling themselves in these situations, but I'm terrified of overselling myself and ending up in a job I can't do!

Now, can I summon up the energy to go to they gym:rolleyes:

Holly - hope you feel better soon

embb thank you, we're your way next Bank Holiday weekend if you're still up for meeting up :D then you can see it too
cally, suppose you can just look forward to it being on over and keep egg sheel stepping for now
Rosepink WIL works out in the far east, Iraq, she's coming back on leave but going out to Africa almost as soon as she gets back :D suits me fine! Always causes problems when she is back as most of the flyladies know, I won't go into every detail but she deserves her WIL title!
hollyh hope you are feeling better soon

Partners/work, me and DP worked together a lot including when we first got together. Some it works for, some it doesn't.

Bad night again coughing like crazy, bloomin' thing getting annoying now. I won't be going to meeting tomorrow if I am still barking like this. Collected the new caravan :D:D:D all went smoothly (a little boring as they have to show you how to do anything but can't moan at the service we've had from there) and I've now had a proper look around/nosey into the cupboards etc and figured where most things are. It's now up at the storage site, tucked up waiting for me to fill it with all our junk lol.

Anyway, this evening I plan to wallow in self pity surrounded by olbas oil, study a bit, make some food, tidy the kitchen...oh yes erm list, not touched it yet, might have a go at that too.
One day I might be more organised...........
