Gonna totally confuse everyone and use last weeks list as I have done bits and pieces upstairs and in the kitchen today. Have deleted what I've done. Don't want to change the bedding as I only did it on Friday last week so it didn't need doing yesterday. I have instead done all the other jobs in all the bedrooms so I will just need to do the all the bedding at the end of the week. Done an internet shop that arrived today so thought I might as well clean the fridge and the food cupboard before I put it all away so I might just do the rest of the kitchen later. Haven't long woken up from falling asleep in front of Erin Brockovich underneath my double quilt on the sofa... I need it though. Still feel rough and pulling a muscle in my side through coughing hasn't helped, but I've moved myself before I fell back asleep. :o

SOooo... I've rang 02 and sorted out my Broadband being switched :D Orange said upto 30 days, 02 said 1-2 weeks :D:rotfl: Then, I got a discount code as well which means that because I bought the box in the shop and paid £28ish for it, I don't have to pay any broadband bills with 02 for 6 months :D:j:j Then it'll be just £9.67 a month for the premium package even though I'm tied in for 12 months thats a saving of £58.56 a year and due to the discount of 3 months free thats another £29.37 saved which means in the space of a 5 minute Freephone call I've saved myself £87.93 :money: Now to sort out my housing benefit stuff tomorrow and see if I can up my income through that by anywhere up to £25 a week :D Then I can start thinking about making more of a dent in my debts which are currently about £7k  Whoever sent my moneysaving head back thank you very much - I've not tackled things like this in a LONG time :D:j

Jo - Hugs to you. Glad you like your hair - I got mine chopped major style a few months after splitting with my ex (although we were still living together), I went from past the shoulders bottle red which had faded to an orange colour (I'm naturally an Ash blonde but it makes me look like 20 years older than I am and I know this as I've been mistaken for my mum from a distance by my LANDLADY!) to very short, styled bob, cut right in short at the back (she shaved it shorted than ex's and he had a number 3 on his cause I used to cut it! ) and dark brown - talk about different :rotfl::rotfl: Now its almost shoulder length, kind of a bob but dark purple :D:rotfl: Do whatever makes you feel good... I do now ;):D

I will admit I googled Schultuete too :D:rotfl::rotfl: Wish I'd heard about them when DD was starting school. :o Mind you the tradition of new pencilcase, uniform etc etc every September costs enough as it is :rotfl::rotfl:

    Living pit, hallway, stairs!!

    Level One
    Mop dining area
    Level Two
    Job 1
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Job 2[/STRIKE]
    Job 3

Kitchen and dining room - Did most of this yesterday but I'll do it again properly instead of just a S&S
    Level One
    Clear and wipe worksurfaces
Scrub down the front of units and large appliances
    Level Two
    HHI x2
    Level Three
    Job 4

    11. 29 fling boogie...
    12. Look into Brownie Badges for DD to do with her.... ;)
    13. Update Calendar
    14. Sort out housing benefit.
Working my way through job one now... I've got pictures I need to transfer over, which I thought I had but I obviously haven't  And I know there was another app I wanted to put on my phone but I can't remember what it was for. I'll mop the dinning area before I go for DD, although why I'm bothering I don't know as its raining and its just going to end up with lots of footprints anyway even after wiping our feet

Think I might try and teach DD how to iron tonight, simple stuff like the tea towels at first. She's been asking since she became a brownie so I'll supervise her (as in stand behind her and hold the iron with her) while she does a few bits. IF she can manage that she can have a go at her Brownie uniform which doesn't need much ;)

Right, off to connect my old phone to the computer, then my new one as well and see if I can get some photos transfered.

    Hello all,
Just got back from work & must make a start on todays list.
My thoughts are withh everyone who is having it rough at the moment, especially Jo, Summermoon, Soappie & egon.

Thanks everyone who sent hugs to me when I mentioned my stress on last weeks thread. DD has been feeling very tearful over the last couple of weeks & walked out of school in tears one day last week. I chatted to her year head on Fri who says he has been very concerned about her rapid mood swings & her snapping at her friends. It's very out of character for her & we're pretty worried. She starts her GCSEs in a couple of weeks, so we're treading on eggshells round her at the moment. I'm trying not to nag about them - she's a smart lass who knows how important they are & doesn't need constantly reminding. We're hoping she'll feel better once the exams are over. There's also a boyfriend in the picture. Poor lass - I wouldn't go through my teens again if you paid me (or offered to clean my house for a year....!)

Flying-wise it was a fairly productive weekend, got rid of a couple of bits on FreeCycle & listed an old car manual on ebay.
I offered some of my pondfish on FreeCycle & was inundated with replies. They spawned a couple of years ago & I now have too many for my pond. Would you believe one couple turned up without a bucket?! How the **$$!! did they think they were going to get them home??!!

    Anyway - my list:

xxJoxx listen lovie, just because you trusted someone doesn't make you a mug. It makes him a liar. You can hold your head high in the knowledge that you've done nothing wrong. You've been loyal, he hasn't. He's the mug, not you. (((hugs)))
Glad you like your hair by the way. :)

    Wot she said

    Welcome to the thread Frogger

I've just woken up, feeling starving hungry, but quite a bit more energetic.

Greenbee, I know I should go for a walk, but I should have had a bath and washed my hair as I'm not fit to be seen. I will go for a walk first thing tomorrow

Going to watch the Biggest Loser now and do some flying while it's on. Probably washing up and floordrobe
