By the look of it you haven't done the easy thing?
Write a letter to Mr Tesco and Parking comany saying 'whoops they are disabled, here is badge number, maybe it fell on the floor or maybe the parking attendant just missed it. Thanks so much for making sure these bays are free from people who aren't disabled. We really appreciate it and it's one of the reasons we shop at Tesco. Yours Faithful customer who would switch to Asda in a second if you charged us money'

While the parking company may be evil sods, you need to think about all those idiots that are parking in the disabled bays because they are so busy and important which is why Tesco are doing this. If you're a legitimate person parking their then they might let you off, but not if you haven't told them!

Granted if they still persist and refuse to play ball, go to tesco head office and the papers etc, but at least give them a chance?!
