Blimey. Have just read this thread with increasing envy. Would like to hear of any successful outcomes here...0

Well as a quick update to my situation. Advantage raised their offer (as mentioned earlier) from £21700 up to 25k once we informed them by LTV was still not sufficient, Had our letter on Friday from RBS stating the mortgage with them is now readyo to pass over. All now with the solicitors, all I will say to people who receive these letters but dont believe them....BELIEVE!
Totally changed our lives now.0 -

People who have received the offers from advantage.
Where you all on the flexishare product of just a standard repayment mortgage?
Were you within the fixed rate period?
And has anyone had any success in asking for this offer?
Many thanks.
Again, just a bump of the above. If anyone has any advise I would be most appreciative.
Thanks0 -

Me too. I owe approx £220k on a house now worth £180k (at most) which I bought for £200k two years ago with a NR mortgage, LTV of approx 110%
My timing is immaculate.
I am better off on the SVR now but the thought that base rates could jump in the near future worries the hell out of me.--Simon.0 -
Well, all i can says is you lucky, lucky barstewards. Enjoy.0
