I know it is mind bending all the rules and regulations and some of them contridict themselves, it must be a tough job being a DM, I would always be having headaches!

This is what's so unfair and wrong with the benefits system especially CB JSA and IB JSA. Work and pay your taxes etc then sadly loose your job through no fault of your own and after 6 months of getting CB JSA you get sod all BUT pay nothing into the system and you get the lot !!!

There a moral there somewhere.
