IE8? What a load of s...... :p

I downloaded it via windoze update on Wednesday. Put up with it for 1/2 an hour.

SO SLOW :rolleyes:

I had to wait about 30/40 seconds for it to launch, then another 20 seconds for the homepage to come up :mad:

SHOCKING :eek:

Uninstalled it and went back to IE7

Oops! I hadn't intended to install IE8 but reading this thread made me notice that I must have inadvertently installed it with the last MS updates. Call me 'hawkeye'.

Anyway, I haven't voted 'cos I've only had it installed for less than a week but I haven't noticed any problems, except perhaps marginally slower to load pages but I'm not sure about that.
