Fine ~ worked 'as is' without having to change anything

Installed on desktop with XP and laptop with Vista, no problems with either.

Until Mac OS X 10.3, Internet Explorer for Mac was the default browser included with OS X. It was discontinued in 2003.

It had some interesting features and was in some ways superior to the Windows version.

Working great and any sites that have problems have been fine when using compatability view

Installed it on all my PC's - the one site I use IE for is a Microsoft site that magically got slower when IE8 came out, and works back at full speed in IE8 (Microsoft ExpertZone Retail Training).

I use Chrome for everything else anyway.

On my previous 9 month old installation, it started up MUCH slower than IE7. That could have been down to prefetching, mind.

After upgrading and reinstalling, I installed it along with the rest of the updates. No problems yet, but I did a little removing of some of the features. I forget what now, but Firefox is my primary browser.

Check out the IE Tab add on which lets you right click and open up the site in a FF tab running IE (if that makes sense).

I let autoupdate install IE 8 but I haven't bothered trying it out. I like my FF add ons too much.

Installed - don't know whether it works or not, other than for Windows Updates, as it's the last browser that I would use.

Downloaded a while back and works as is - although to be fair I only ever use it for microsoft updates.

Sort of works - but still have some 'teething' problems

I am using it now after getting it from Windows update, it seems to be quite fast and pleasing to the eye. Have not had any problems with it so far, I was running SP3 before I downloaded it so it looks like Microsoft have fixed that problem.
