If you've not done so yet, then I would request a SAR (Subject Access Request) from their data dept.
There is a cost of £10 cheque or postal order payment for this request but they must supply you with everything they hold on you as requested on the SAR going back as far as 6 years, they have 40 days to comply, this should hopefully help your case and support it.

Write back to studio and tell them your not happy with that offer....:eek:, and you want this reconsidered or you will consider taking matters further, good luck.;)

I will do that for freemans thanks as with Studio I have sent them a second letter but it has been 15 days now should I go to the FO ????????

What was the date the account was opened and how much in PPI have you paid to date? Also you need to follow up this "so called" claim.
