    Hi there

Great news in regards of CAP ONE........well done:T:beer::T.

The timescales they have is actually 8 weeks.;)
I would give them a little longer, but there is no harm in asking if they are dealing with this matter, good luck.;)

you are not going to believe this I gave freemans a ring and they are saying that they haven't got my letter which is funny because I sent another letter at the same time asking for the terms and conditions and they got that !!!!!

So I have sent them at copy but have since looked at my statments and on a credit aggreement of £1800 I am paying £40.00 per month in PPI how bad is that!!!! I have of course asked that to canel they have said they are looking into it should I give them until the end of the week and then ring them back ??????

Did you post by recorded delivery as well?
This way you can check the tracking of this on the Royal mail website.

I would give them a day or 2 at the most, but other than that if posted by recorded delivery check on the royal mail website, good luck.;)

I don't believe it freemans have sent me their final response thanks but no thanks I am gutted this is the one that I wanted as I have been make silly payments for years £40, £50, £60 per month and I am so mad as when I was made redundant a few years ago the told me I could not claim at all !!!!!! but that I should carry on with the payments to protect me Purchases from damage ??????? I am really mad:mad:
So I have sent my final response to the FO and hoefully they will beable to help me I hope it does'nt take too long does anyone know of a case being won against freemans ????

Also the yorkshire bank have told my dad thanks but no thanks but waited until the 11th hour to do so!!!

    Hi there

You have done the right thing anyway by moving this on to the FOS, I hear on a few threads that the FOS are looking at all ppi complaints now, even if that finance company say your not eligible, am waiting for more info on this from the FOS to make sure its right.;)

Good luck to you and your dad.;)

I'm sure someone will post up if they have had dealings with these X
