    Hi,
    it is now £12.25 with free delivery on buycosmetics.com. If you go through the nectar site, you get a free gift worth £25 when you spend £10 or more!:T

    Thanks to Jolenejolene, I have just ordered mine, always wanted to try it!

    I went via Greasy Palm cashback website so will also get 5% cash back too. The £25 free gift came up as free if I spent £25 (maybe due to GP link) but I easily found another couple of things and just scraped order over £25 (free postage too)!
    PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    I did exactly this, and thru quidco, so I hopefully have the points from them too. Have heard sooooo much about T.E. but £23+ seemed a bit steep to 'try something out'. £12 seems much more reasonable ! Will let you know the quality of the £25 free gift/s ;)

    Had an email today from https://www.buycosmetics.com who are doing this product which usually retails for £23 for just £10.76. Theres no hidden p+p charges on top either so what you see is what you pay. The colour is 1 luminous radiance. The cheapest ive seen this before is about £14-15. So at this price grab it while they have them.
    I know this is supposed to be really really good stuff and at this price it may be the right time to give it a go.
    Has anyone used this before and if so how good is it? Also, i know this may sound stuped but what do you use it for, it seems from the description you dont use it as a concealer?

  • That's a great price and it's excellent stuff. The idea is it reflects light rather than concealing things so it's great for dark shadows around your eyes and for distracting from an uneven complexion. It lasts for ages as well. You use it over foundation and powder otherwise the reflecting stuff doesn't work. :T

    ps - use quidco for cashback too

    Would i be right in assuming it comes in a variety of shades and no 1 is the palest? If so how pale is it, is it like ivory coloured so you would really need to be very light for it or is it just normal pale? Hope someone knows what i mean as it sounds a bit confusing!!!

    Try heading to the YSL counter at your local department store or large Boots. They actually stopped me one day to give a demo of some new line they were promoting, but as part of the 'make-over' used Touche eclat. Like you I had heard of it, but seemed a bit pricey. Bought some recently from the buycosmetics site, not as cheap as this - about £11.50 - £12.50, but did get the £25 worth of freebies thru the nectar offer.
    Very impressed with Touche eclat, much better result than 'concealer' etc. I found it a great help having seen how the 'experts' on the YSL counter applied it.;)

    Sorry, you must have posted the above while I was typing one-fingered my post.
    I had much the same question - the one I got from buycosmetics was no 1, so next time I was near the YSL counter I asked. Answer was:-
    1 = 'british' skin tone
    2 = continental complexion - presumably a bit olive/mediterranean, Was told this was not available in this country (- unless someone knows different)
    3 = coloured skin tones.
    Hope this helps ;)
  • It's a one size fits pretty much all really - as it isn't concealing like concealers do (which always feels a bit like just trowelling on thick foundation) you can get away with no 1 even if you have a slightly darker or tanned colour. I used no1 on my hols last lear and didn't look like a negative of a panda, if that helps! I use it every day - even when I am not wearing other make up as it lifts your eye area great if you have a morning meeting and you are not a morning person. This site also has some great deals on Versace and Calvin Klein lippies :D

    The touche eclat is now showing at £11.95 (still a good price I suppose).

    The versace lipliner looks good value - for £2 it comes complete with a pencil sharpener. Has anyone tried it?

    edit: Visited the site through quidco initially. When I visited via the email I received, it then activated a 10% off everything offer - making the touch eclat £10.76.
    some people grin and bear it, others smile and do it :)
