Has anyone had a bad reaction to touche eclat ?
I bought some, and was so pleased with the results, I promply sent off for another, when it was last on offer.
But the last twice I used it, next morning I ended up looking like I had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.
LOATHED to throw it away, as it is still not cheap, and I've only used it 3 or 4 times, plus I have another one un-opened - what a waste !. But equally a bit scared to use it again - took about 5 days before I dare take off the dark glasses. Would love to find out it was something else which caused it, because the 'cosmetic' effect is great, It is just the next day I dread to look in the mirror !!
Am I the only one with a problem ?0 -

I'm sorry to hear of your bad experience, and honest! I really really am...
I've been using it for about 6 years now and my mum and sisters too, infact even my UNCLE ken uses it all of us without problems... I'd suggest sending the one you have back to YSL and ask them to test it. Beauty houses have excellent customer service, I'm sure they'd be happy to have your comments and I'm pretty confident you'd also be reimbursed0 -
https://www.cheapsmells.com have Touche Eclat at £11.40 plus postage of 95p.0

Please can anyone tell me with the Touche Eclat if 1 is the lightest shade and 3 the darkest, or is it the other way round? Thank you!0

Number one is the lightest shade! Thanks for the other link too :T0

Is this really worth the hype or is it just a glorified concealer....as I'm approching my 40's every little helps...is there an "own brand" that can come somewhere close to this???? Even at £14 it still seems a lot.0

Its good- but have also started getting a reaction - now on third one- so not sure if they've changed product.
it is a highlighter though- not a copncealer- it is good for bags and highlighting cheekbones, temples etc but isn't for covering spots.
so good but you will probably need another product too0 -

Exact same thing happened to me, I looked llike I had two small bruises under each eye... then I figured out where I was going wrong! I hadn't been cleaning the brush after each application (dirty mare!) and so leftovers from the day before had gone onto my skin and caused the rash/reaction. Once I started cleaning the brush (good wipe with a baby wipe or tissue) I didn't get any more bad reactions!! cured!0 -

Boots do one, under the No.7 brand. That's the one I use.

Not much cheaper, but if you have a £5 voucher that was recently issued, it's only £6.50, and spend £15 and you can get the gift bag too.
