I bought some Touche Eclat after reading the posts on here and have to say that, although it is good, it is no better than other concealers I have used. The No7 one is good at £11.00 but I have to say that I don't think you can beat Rimmel Hide the blemish in fair as an under eye concealer - its cheap as chips and seems to brighten my face up loads more than any of the other, more expensive ones - and I am a cosmetics snob believe me - the reason I am in debt is probably due in large part to my spending on skincare and cosmetics over the years - I will believe any hype!!!Jane

It's a stick - like a lipstick and I rub a bit on my fingertip and then put it under my eyes or on spots and it really covers up anything - It really does - it takes all the red away and the only thing you see is the slight swelling if there is a big spot there. My daughter is 15 is and has really quite bad acne outbreaks but I swear when she has it on with her make up over you wouldn't know!! I have to say though that the only colour which seems to work really well is the fair one. I put it under my eyes and down the sides of my nose and mouth.Jane

Diamonds I would return yout Touche Eclat to the retailer for a refund. It shouldn't smell at all and if it did then it was probably off and may have caused a reaction.
I would give your face a break for a few days if you can bear it! When it setlles back down only then would I try something new.

Please beaware, due to the high demands for this product, there are a number of fakes, knocking around. ( Normally from far East) Only buy from reputable retailers, who offer full money back guarantee in the event of any problems.“Official Company Representative

Yes, you're right Claudie! I e.mailed Island Cosmetics and explained what had happened, they replied immediately (bank holiday Monday too) and said they would give me my money back no problem if I could send it back.. I will leave off it for a while and hope my OH doesn't find a more attractive replacement in the meantime0 -

I have saved https://www.chemist-4-u.com to my favorites for when I re-order (if I do)... wish I'd have listened to you the other week actually0 -
It isent a concealer it is a light reflective cream, thats why dark circles, blemishes are so well covered, it is the best on the market by a long way. The shades are 1-3, one being the lighest, as its not a concealer the three colours will suits everyone. Hope that helps.
