Thanks everyone for all your support yesterday. I did have a couple of 'oh why not have one' moments, but by logging on here and reading all your stories, and knowing I'd have to come back on here this morning to report in, it kept me out of the fridge.

I'm pleased that I'd already read on here about the vivid dreams ... wow - I'm exhausted this morning.

Good morning everybody :hello:

Congratulations to everybody for achieving their total AFDs in June. Thanks again to 40SM for your diligence in keeping the scores. Jo - 1 for me, please.

Went to London yesterday with DD1 - both loved it, running up and down Tube escalators, loving the bustle of the city. Sometimes I wonder why on earth I sold my lovely little flat in London and came back north when I was 30, 20 years ago. Actually it was because at that time the drinking-after-work culture was just huge, and I thought it would be better for my health, which I suppose it probably was. :j

Anyway, at least I can advise my DDs about any pitfalls - but I do love that city!

Enough rambling

Just popping in to say a quick hello.

I had to come back home after dropping the 3 monkeys at school as I was so hot - had to change into something much cooler . I was 5ft3 when I got out of bed this morning - now I am on 4ft 11 - I am melting:rotfl::rotfl:
