    Day two for me :rolleyes::D .... learning slowly. Have absolutely no idea how many AF days that makes this month - sorry 40SM. Must try harder :rolleyes:

    New day .... New start .... feeling great

    Challenges for the next few weeks :

    No alcohol :rolleyes:
    More Curry :D
    More Home made grub :cool:
    Less meat :cool:
    More vegetarian :cool:
    More fizzy water ;)
    More time in der pool :j
    Less time on the computer :eek:
    More canoeing, fishing and time at the beach :D

    Holiday as soon as school finishes .... we are off to Dorset with the tent :j.... first holiday in 5 years !

    er .... may add some more later :p

    Its very frustrating for me - Our kids are home educated, but am still tied to 'learning factory' holidays as I'm a school caretaker .:mad:

    Good to see Annberlin in a good mood, must be all the smilies and waving.

    Jo, do tell your lovely daughter that all mummy's (virtual) friends wished her a Happy Birthday.

    I like the idea of the your list BHB, I know I need to get back on track with the exercise so I'll have a think about planning next month. I think, if you work in a school, the new school year gives you a fresh opportunity to make resolutions and get yourself on track.
