    Morning all

Well done DC on completing a week AF and everyone else that's doing so well :T:T

40SM, I hope the fog clears soon and you feel better, make sure you eat and keep hydrated, hope work passes quickly x

I feel like carp today :( I thought I probably wouldn't go to work anyway today as I've still got the vertigo and the doc told me to come back today or tomorrow. But I've woken up with a bad stomach ache and nausea. This is even more upsetting considering I know it's not alcohol induced :(

Was going to try and get an optician appt today incase the vertigo is being caused by an eye problem but don't feel up to it right now, have to see how it goes later.

Hope you all have a good day :)

    xx

    Morning all,

Jo, hope you feel better. Deep sleep and can't get going this morning. Better quality though. Have a good day.

I am sleeping terribly at the moment, after more than 7 days AF plus I only drank on 6 days last month! It is makingme feel terrible, can't shut down at the weekend enough and bad sleep pattern carries on into the weekend, oh no!

What is causing this? I going to take the day off and go back to bed (hopefully). Taking my bags with me which are big enough to pack and take on holiday!

    Morning everyone!

((hugs)) to 40SM , FUAS and Jo. Sorry to hear you are all feeling a bit carp in one way or another. I'm feeling a bit dodgy myself - Piglet and I have both got lovely night/early morning coughs. Beginning to think someones put a curse on us!!

Fay - hope siblings aren't causing yu too many headaches!

Jo - glad you found the potato peeler. I'm very attached to one knife which is the only one I can peel potatos with. I lost it briefly a couple of weeks ago and nearly went demented looking for it!!

    6 for me please 40SM!!!

Well I'm a happy Miss Piggy today (despite the cough!). Lots 3 lbs this week! I know it could have been more without the bottle of wine slip up so this week will try harder. I've ate like a...ahem...pig too quite frankly (although with healthy stuff!)

Went on the dieting web-site I've joined and had a look at the forums there, Goodness me, they're an argumentative bunch!!!! Was quite glad to come back over here for some sanity!!

    Miss P

Constant vigilence later on - you will get through it but its a bit clangy the day after the night before (IYSWIM). Don't give yourself a hard time and just hop back on the drivers seat of the wagon

    Miss P well done

Jo don't go falling over and take it easy.
