I'd only just found the thread a few days ago, after looking through I have got the bug and I'm going to have a go at updating my wooden desk. Saw there were lots of good reports of Farrow & Ball paint, so am going to get a couple of sample pots tomorrow. Advice needed please, am going to try a shabby chic project for first time- wooden letters covered in CK tissue. My CK tissue is red with white spots, can you advice do i try and put it on whole, in which case how do i cover the sides or am i better to cut into small strips through the main red colour?
