just waiting to get some info from seller's solicitors then we should have an idea of exchange & completion dates (hoping to be about 4 weeks time).
Yay! Great news Bibbitybob! :j0 -
Here is a photo taken last Summer...
I've since added a little white birdhouse on the side, there are now petunias growing in the window boxes but I'm going to put tumbling tom cherry tomatos in there in the next week or so as Dylan loves to eat them and they can be his. I've also got tiny hanging baskets from poundland which I have put strawberry plants in which I just need DH to put up.
Oh and I made a cute sign for the door and covered with wooden ladybirds. I need to finish the red gingham curtains for inside.
This is the kitchen I am still making for inside...
How did you make the sign? And what does it say?0 -
Thanks for all the kind comments on the playhouse/kitchen, it was my baby last Summer!
Mely - The sign is a rounded off rectangle bit of ply painted the Jasmine White, I used some blackboard paint I already had to paint "Dylan's Den" in the centre, glued 6 hobby craft wooden ladybirds around the border, drilled 2 small holes at the top and threaded some garden twine through so it can hang.0 -
That's lovely Vicki! I almost wish for another baby so I could have a playhouse like that, but that may be a little excessive! It's beautiful though"A cat can have kittens in the oven, but that don't make them biscuits." - Mary Cooper

That sounds lovely. I will have to give it a go.
Congratulations to both you and Lost on the house news. It will be really exciting for both of you over the next few weeks.
