I've unlurked on this thread!
I seem to have broken the new rule yesterday I had no idea it wasn't allowed, sorry!
I had to come out to show you pics of my DS's playhouse following the beautiful shed a few pages back. I'm so inspired by all of the revamps on this thread, I love shabby style and have elements in our house but I have a few issues I need to overcome.
Will try and get the photos on in a bit.0 -

Here is a photo taken last Summer...
I've since added a little white birdhouse on the side, there are now petunias growing in the window boxes but I'm going to put tumbling tom cherry tomatos in there in the next week or so as Dylan loves to eat them and they can be his. I've also got tiny hanging baskets from poundland which I have put strawberry plants in which I just need DH to put up.
Oh and I made a cute sign for the door and covered with wooden ladybirds. I need to finish the red gingham curtains for inside.
This is the kitchen I am still making for inside...0 -

Vikki, that playhouse is so gorgeous! Clever lady
OH's best mate and cat have come up from London for a visit so I've been playing good girlfriend...making lots of coffee, bottling rhubarb champagne and baking cookies :A the cats are gradually moving closer to eat other, I'm anticipating new love by the end of the day :rotfl:
Would be great to have someone to share house stresses with, lost! I'm going to start collecting boxes from work this week and begin to pack pretties away. I'll leave the essentials until last but I'd like to have a sort through as I go. Got an agent coming to value my flat for rental next week as the tenant I had has pulled out. I can't be too mad though because they did pay the deposit way back in January! It feels nice to have the wheels in motion.
I'll try get a photo of my plate rack later, think the boys are having a boozy night later so I'll have lots of time to potter and do a bit of sorting. Have a good day all!0 -
And here it is again with doors propped on...
The fridge door is going on the left though as I have put perspex shelves in that one. I've got some perspex for the middle oven door and I popped out the middle panel on that. I have also painted the gallery shelf but not much else so I hope to get it finished this Summer!0 -

so just asked nicely if hubby will make one for kids and he has agreed. but i guess it will have to wait until he has built his new shed first, lol. luckily we do have a very large corner plot garden but still not enough room for all our plans,lol.0 -

I can't remember the brand but the green was called willow, the inside white is jasmine and the white outside was just white external gloss.0 -
