Hey All!
I've read all the posts for the last few days but have been trying to stop the puppy eating the washing so sorry if someone else has posted it but.......
Emma Bridgewater has 25% off everything tomorrow and I know a few weeks ago everyone was talking about her stuff. It's only between 11am and 2pm with a code.
I'm not sure whether or not I can post the code so I'll try and do it cryptically
The Birthday that they are celebrating (a double digit number)
The word FOR
The amount of discount they are offering (again a double digit number)
So you should end up with a code that is 7 digits long.
Sorry if that doesn't make sense but I'm going to be away from my pc for most of the day tomorrow and don't want to get shouted at for posting a code if I'm not allowed to!
Hope you are all well

I have tried a couple of times to order from this site but it keeps telling me that my card is rejected. I am using a debit card and wondered if it wants a credit card. I tried again tonight but same story although I know there is no problem with the card as I used it earlier. I loved the look of your packages and the fact that there is a handwritten card. i thought that I could order something as an end of the month treat to myself for working so hard. If they turn up like that then it would truly be a a treat.
Cherisong - when I was first told about this site I had the exact same problem. I used three different cards and none of them worked! I was gutted and gave up. But kept drooling over their stuff so just tried again using the same card I tried last time and it worked. I think it was a glitch in their site, the payment process was timing out rather than a problem with any of my cards (thankfully!).
I would recommend giving them another try, perhaps at a different time of day, I was trying early evening and managed to get it to work in the morning. Sorry for encouraging you to spend though, but I bet you deserve a treat! You can stand there and agonize........

it's ok to post discount stuffs, as long as you aren't affiliated with that siteThis thread in discount codes and vouchers explains the guidelines if you are unsure :A

last night spent some qulaity time with hubby showing him all the transformation in this thread. he was amazed at the dining table and the nest of tables. he has offered some help to sand my dresser down and has now suggested he thinks painting it cream and leaving the top pine and waxed would look fantastic. i'm over the moon. as although i wasn't overly fussed if is waxed it all or painted it as it was just enjoying it. but hubby taking such an interest has made me all warm inside. it means we can work together on it.
Also i showed him the kitchen which is same as ours and he loved how it looked really country and the brushed chrome splash back. so i am now gonna be getting my range cooker and he will prob next year change all the kitchen around . i am so chuffed. i am really enjoying this thread and knowing i can share it with hubby and he has imput in it make it extra special.
i've bought from ebay some extra bits to make my felt hearts. i am going to make the scented i think. i am making one in shades of purples for the lounge but thought i might make one in shades of green for the porch, so it always smells pleasent.0 -
jct - it's great that your DH is interested and willing to help. Mine is not interested in the slightest, but I have the benefit of being able to do whaterver I please with his blessing, and sometimes sarcastic commentsYou can stand there and agonize........

well i've always been able to do what i want in the house. hubby very easy going. he does love our home and will always do a job if i ask or put imput in. he has some great idea's. were very complimentary to each other. but he can see how nice the shabby chic/ country chic will work so well in our home, and makes a home very homely and i think for that reason he likes it. as he really is a snuggle bum like me. loves a cosy, homely , welcoming home.0

I'm lucky with dh. He is very indulgent (in fact sometimes he won't say if he doesn't like something) but generally likes what I like. He even likes the colour pink, more than me really.
I'm on the look out for a nest of tables now. Tables are always something one is short of when people come for tea/coffee, and I've never felt the love for a nest of them, despite the practicality, but having seen what they can look like I am won over.0 -

Thanks Kandi, I took up your suggestion and tried again. I am now £10 lighter (used the code) but excited about getting a package.
