  • I have Sky already but am moving in with my boyfriend who doesnt have Sky. It seems to me I would be better off cancelling and then getting him to take out a new Sky contract in his name as they have great deals for new customers.

He dosnt have a working phone line at the moment and so we are considering taking Sky line rental and broadband too, get it all done at once.

Can anyone tell me whether Im right in thinking that starting as a new customer with Sky for line rental, broadband and tv is cheaper than moving it across on my existing contract?

    Thanks

Anyone know sky retentions phone number.

you need to ask for Cancellations.......via a normal customer services operator!

try this cheaper national number 01506 831069 (ignore the recorded message that calls it an upgrade line)

I just phoned to cancel. Moaned to the woman about not getting offered good deals being an existing customer, and was offered Sky+ for a one off charge of £30. Have to sign up for another year though, but worth it to get Sky+. Apparently, this offer just came out yesterday (or so she says!)
