    and after I re-check if I can take anti histamines eat some pop corn and or oats!

    But other than that,
    have a massage,
    get my hair dyed properly
    have a pint of cider (well a few pints !!)
    follow that with a vodka or two
    sleep without having to pee every half an hour
    and I'm with sami on the pooing like a normal person again !!!
