Just a quick update as I'm a little sore sitting at the computer. Homebirth didn't go to plan exactly but Reece Andrew Jones was born yesterday (14/05/09) at 1.07pm weighing a massive 10lb 11.5oz on gas and air only. Will give more details and pic (if I can work it out!) later on

The clinic we booked in at only accepts people who go into labour after 33 weeks, so we'd have to go to the university hospital. I can't call them because I am lacking all the specialised birthing vocabulary. My OH is now on his way home so we will call them and then probably go in there and insist on a "stop the escape attempt" injection or two.

That explains why I'm still sat here - pesky misdirected labour vibes

In all seriousness... look after yourself, don't do anything even remotely strenuous... tell your OH to get his bum in gear and hurry back so he can get you up the hospital. Thinking of you and your bellyfrog xxx

Right, well I'm off for my induction - they want me in at 4pm. Crapping myself but very excited aswell. Hopefully sometime tomorrow I'll get to meet little dink finally.

I doubt I would get it it coz I'm too stingy, I have 2 baby baths one here and one at mum's both were free;) I think I'll just bath this one in the big bath tho, I could never get on with the baby bath and made OH do it but I'm sure it'll be easier to just dip him in the bath before Chris gets in
