My arm is killing went to the hematology department at hosptial and she took blood right from the sore bruised point the midwife tried to yesterday. At least they got it straight the way but they were very confussed as they didn't think i should be having bloods done at only 8 weeks, she told me to come back at 12 weeks.

The midwife had wrote that they wanted to check for thalassaemia which is a normal policy now. Even though me and my hubby are white britsh. The lady kept insisting my hubby or at least the father of the baby must be asian if they had ordered that test. I nearly said what are you trying to say here but stopped. she rang materity who comfirmed they do it now. lol.

I was so shattered yesterday my fantastic hubby got me a chinese even though he can't have it, i ate half of it and fell asleep at 9 and woke at 7.30 this morn :rotfl:i am being very anti social at the minute bet it will be an early one again tonight feel i could go now but got to pick up ds from play school in a bit.

I'm not bothering with a bath this time around sold mine on ebay. It was no good as i had a c-section so i couldn't pick it up once it had water in and i couldn't bend over the bath so top and taling and the sink will be fine. Babies don't need half the things that we get them.

My Amazon bio oil arrived yesterday (collected it just now from post office). Huge bottle so thanks to whoever reccomedned it (Sami?).

Ok, dog food all measured out, vac card ready, sheet down in car (if DH asks, I totally used the cage ok?) just waiting till 3.45 to take him to the kennels, then go get the kids (kids go mad if they are there, they howl for hours). What to do for 15mins....
